The Development of Listening ,Speaking Skills and Learning Achievement in English Language Using the Kwl-Plus with Multimedia for Grade 4 Students

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to The Development Of Listening ,Speaking Skills And Learning achievement in English language using The KWL-Plus with Multimedia for grade 4 Students to have an average score of more than 70% and more than 70% of total students passed the criteria. The target group consisted of 14 grade 4 students in Ban Nongraigai, Koke Sanga sub-district, Pukiew distrct, Chaiyapum province. The action research procedure with 3 action spirals was applied for the study. Research instrument included 1) 6 English lesson plans in the subject of Sports using the KWL-Plus Technic integrated with multimedia, 2) A student learning behavior observation form, a teacher instructional behavior observation form and a learning activity achievement recording form, 3) a listening and speaking skill test and 4) 3 choices objective learning achievement test. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation.
The research results were found that:
1. The students made a mean achievement score of 16.14 or 80.70 percent of the full marks in listening skill, and 14 students or 100% of total students passed the criteria which were higher than the prescribed criterion.
2. The students made a mean achievement score of 17.57 or 87.85% of the full marks in speaking skill, and 14 students or 100% of total students passed the criteria which were higher than the prescribed criterion.
3. The students made a mean learning achievement score of 78.57 or 92.86% of the full marks, and 14 students or 100% of total students passed the prescribed criteria.
