Parental Satisfaction of Process Administration to Provide Early Intervention Services for Special Needs Children of Prachinburi Special Education Center

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study and compare parental satisfaction of process administration to provide Early Intervention services for special needs children of Prachinburi Special Education center, classified by gender, education background and age. This research is survey research which used the sample size of students’ parents in Prachinburi Special Education center in Academic Year 2021 and the sample size was 168. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire, with a reliability of 0.979. The statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of one-way ANOVA.
The research results were found as follows,
1. Parental satisfaction of process administration to provide Early Intervention services for special needs children of Prachinburi Special Education center in overall was found to be at a high level. When comparing mean of each aspect from high to low can be sorted as follows, gathering general information of students with special needs process, screening disability types process, providing appropriate service process, assessing basic ability of students with special needs process, arranging Individualized Education Plan process, evaluating progress process, and the least mean was supervising, monitoring, evaluating and transition process
2. Comparison result of parental satisfaction of process administration to provide Early Intervention services for special needs children of Prachinburi Special Education center, classified by gender, education background and age, overall and in each aspect were not different.
