Roles of Administrator Teams and Community Development Affecting the Effectiveness of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Pathum Thani Province

Abstract

          The research purposes were: (1) Management role level Community Development and Effectiveness of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Pathum Thani Province 2) The role of the administrative committee and community development affecting the effectiveness of the Sub-District Administrative Organization. in Pathum Thani Province and 3) Propose guidelines to increase the effectiveness of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations. in Pathum Thani Province It is mixed research. The sample group consisted of 400 people aged 18 years and over, household registration in Pathum Thani province, and 20 key informants. The research instruments were questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed and the statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis regression analysis and correlation analysis
          The research findings were: (1) the role levels of administrator teams and community development affecting the effectiveness of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Pathum Thani Province found the overall was at high level, the descending mean were the administration of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations, the preparation of development plans and regulations, the performance reporting, and the performance of official duties, respectively; the community development found the overall was at high level, the descending mean were the infrastructure and utilities, the education, and the community economy, respectively; and the effectiveness of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Pathum Thani Province found the overall was at high level, the descending mean were the achieving goals, efficiency, interpersonal administration skills, integration, adaptability, goal consensus, and the aspect of maintaining the integrity of the value system, respectively; (2) the roles of administrator teams and community development in the education aspect affecting the effectiveness of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Pathum Thani Province at statistics significance level .05; and (3). to promote mutual learning especially learning from people with work experience so that the learners can apply the skills they have received to develop further into a body of knowledge
