Student Teamwork : Causal Factors, Suggestions for Research

Abstract
Team work behavior is a necessary feature for students. Because giving students the opportunity to learn through teamwork will result in building knowledge and understanding. Able to adapt to people in society and grow into quality human resources in society. The objective of this article is to present meaning, significance, composition and factors influencing teamwork behavior. And suggestions for researching is presented in a behavioral science perspective, that is, teamwork. It is a behavior that is part of the human way, which is influenced by both the individual society and environment. It can be divided into several groups such as situation factors, psychological states and psychological traits. Teamwork behavior is a very important skill because of the students with different knowledge and potential. Able to work as a team until success and meet the needs of the mind to develop oneself through learning from others. Which in the future will make it possible to work with others and reduce the problems.
