Lesson Transcription on the Success for Small Size Primary Schools Administration Under Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          The objective of this research was to conduct the lesson learned about the success of educational administration in small primary schools, under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population used in this research was 3 small schools under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with the first basic national test results in the order of 1-10 for 3 consecutive years, namely Ban Huai Thang School, Ban Nam Kha School, and Ban Sop Nong School. The research instruments were structured in-depth interviews and group discussions. The statistics used in the data analysis were interview form validity and content analysis. The results of this research indicated as follows:
          The success lessons of education administration in small primary schools, under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consisted of 4 aspects, In terms of management, it was found that the administrators of the school had managed the school in 4 work groups: personnel management, budget management, academic administration, and general administration. In terms of learning management, it was found that teachers had a learning management process using media, technology, learning resources, and learning management that focused on students. In terms of learners, it was found that the students who succeeded in the basic national educational test had two factors: achievement motivation and attitude. In terms of parents, it was found that parents were involved in two aspects: the comprehension of work habits and family relationships in assisting in raising the results of basic national educational tests.
