The Relationship Between Administrator's Leadership and School's Academic Excellence in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to: (1) study administrator’s leadership under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 (2) to search for school’s academic excellence under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 (3) to investigate the relationship between administrator’s leadership and school’s academic excellence under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2
          The findings were as follows :
          1.administrator’s leadership under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the a high level, descending from the capability of developing team, the capability of creating vision, the capability of thinking and planning strategies, morality and ethic of administration, and leadership of changing
          2. School’s Academic Excellence under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the a high level, descending from the learning and teaching management, evaluation and  transferring of the grades, the development of the internal quality assurance system and the educational standards, and the development of the educational curriculum
          3. Administrator’s leadership and school’s academic excellence under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 had a statistically significance positive relationship at the .01 level in learning and teaching management and it had a statistically significance positive relationship at the .05 level in the development of the educational curriculum, the development of the internal quality assurance system and evaluation and transferring of the grades. Considering the relationship between administrator’s leadership and school’s academic excellence under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, it was found that there was a statistically significance relationship at the .01 level in 5 areas as follows: Leadership of changing, morality and ethic of administration, the capability of creating vision, capability of thinking and planning  strategies  and the capability of developing team
