How to Teach the Students to Arise Mathematical Skills and Processes?

Abstract
This article was synthesized from research and study by the auther in teaching students thought-process skills to stay competitive as students in the 21st century, a skill necessary to well live and survive in the future world. It was therefore suitable for primary school math teachers, scholars and education administrators as a guideline for use in teaching children, planning, setting up policies to develop students to become people with cognitive skills and ability. It can be applied to life in the changing world conditions constantly changing as well.
