Knowledge Management: Men and Work Development Process

Abstract

          The term ‘knowledge management (KM)’ was currently focused by both public and private organizations. The key point of knowledge management was an exchange of knowledge through gathering and processing systematically. People were the most important elements in KM. The objective of the article was to explain the knowledge management process, which, in addition to knowledge development to enhance the performance of the organization, also contributes to the productivity of personnel. It contributes to the participation of personnel and team work through the process of knowledge gathering from all sectors of the organization, and it was systematically operated.
