Analysis about Quality of Electronic Accounting Services, Quality of Accounting Information, and Growth of Small and Medium Businesses in Thailand

Abstract

          This research aims to (1) examine the level of quality in electronic accounting services, accounting information quality, and the growth of Small and Medium Businesses in Thailand, and (2) compare the average quality of electronic accounting services, accounting data quality, and the growth of Small and Medium Businesses in Thailand, categorized by gender, age, education level, experience, position, and business sector. This is a quantitative study. The sample consists of accountants of Small and Medium Businesses in Thailand, with a sample size of 400 people calculated using Taro Yamane’s formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
          Research findings revealed that accountants in medium and small businesses in Thailand have opinions on the quality of accounting information, growth, and the quality of electronic accounting services at a high level. It was also found that gender, age, education level, work experience, position, and business sector showed differing levels of opinion.
