Approaches for Private School Administration According to the Concept of Innovator for Early Childhood

Abstract

          This research aims to: 1) analyze the components of early childhood innovators from the perspective of stakeholders, 2) develop guidelines for the management of private schools based on the concept of early childhood innovators, and 3) evaluate the management guidelines of private schools according to the early childhood innovators concept. The research was conducted in three phases: Phase 1 involved a confirmatory factor analysis of the early childhood innovators model using empirical data, with data collected from 88 school administrators and 176 early childhood teachers using questionnaires. Phase 2 involved developing management guidelines for private schools based on the early childhood innovators concept by using results from Phase 1 to create interview
guides, with data collected from 14 experts through interviews. Phase 3 involved evaluating the management guidelines for private schools based on the early childhood innovators concept through focus group discussions and assessments, with data collected from 12 experts.
The research findings indicated that: 1)the confirmatory factor analysis of the early childhood innovators model for private schools was consistent with empirical data, consisting of three main components and eleven sub-components; 2)the management guidelines for private schools based on the early childhood innovators concept comprised four areas: academic management (24 guidelines), personnel management (7 guidelines), budget management (8 guidelines), and general management (5 guidelines); and 3) the evaluation results showed that the guidelines' accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness were rated at the highest level in all aspects.
