Evaluating Index System, Organization and Management of Dragon and Lion Dance Events in Henan Province

บทคัดย่อ

          Henan Provincial government, sports authorities and non-governmental organizations have actively organized a series of sports activities and sports events under the guidance of the "Sports Strong Province" strategy, and different types and levels of dragon and lion dance competitions have thus formed a huge influence both inside and outside the province and at home and abroad. In order to clarify the evaluation index and the weight of each index of Henan Dragon and Lion Dance Competition, this research adopts the research method of literature, Delphi method and hierarchical analysis, and conducts investigation and consultation for 15 experts in this field.
          The research results show that five first-level indicators, including basic conditions, event security risk, pre-competition preparation, in-competition guarantee and post-competition service, and 47 subordinate second-level indicators, together constitute the evaluation index system of Dragon and lion dance organization and management in Henan Province, and the weights of each indicator are different. The conclusion shows that the organization and management of the dragon and lion dance competition in Henan Province should be continuously optimized according to the evaluation index system to effectively improve the organization and management level of the competition.
