Quality of life that Affects Work Efficiency in COVID-19 Epidemic Situation of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University personnel

Abstract
This research is an applied research, with the objective of studying (1) The quality of life in the situation of the COVID-19 virus outbreak of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University personnel (2) Work efficiency in the situation of the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University personnel and (3) The relationship of quality of life that affects work performance in the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University personnel. The sample group consists of 264 personnel working in Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. The sample size was determined using Taro Yamane's formula and a systematic random sampling method was employed, using a purposive sampling approach and employ the method of Stratified Random Sampling, categorized by the 5 faculties and internal centers/offices within Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. The tools used for data collection and statistical analysis include interviews, questionnaires, statistical measures such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pairwise comparison using Scheffe's method, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The research findings indicate that (1) the overall quality of life among the personnel of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University during the COVID-19 pandemic is at a high level. (2) The overall work efficiency of the personnel at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University during the COVID-19 pandemic is at a high level and (3) quality of life in safe working environment opportunity to develop skills democracy in the organization and the nature of work that is beneficial and related to society affects work efficiency in the situation of the COVID-19 virus outbreak of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University personnel statistically significant at the 0.05.
