PSP: DIBE Model in School Administration According to the Normal Opening Policy After the Outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic Schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission Southern Border Provinces

Abstract

          This research and development aims to 1) study the problems and management approaches, 2) develop the model, and 3) verify the validity of the PSP:DIBE Model in school administration according to the normal school opening policy. Covid-19 epidemic situation Schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in 5 Southern Border Provinces, divided into 3 phases. The sample group was 210 school administrators. The tools used were open-ended questionnaires about problem conditions and management approaches. and a questionnaire to verify the validity of the model condition. By analyzing the index of consistency between the question and the objective. get a value between 0.67-1.00. Information on problems and management guidelines analyze data by frequency and percentage, Verification data for conditional validity Analyzed using statistics, including mean, standard deviation. and comparing the mean level of the questions received with the evaluation criteria at the high level using the One sample t-test. The research results found that
          1. Administrative problems according to Article 6-6-7 were difficult to control the learners. adapting to society and respecting the rules of society. On the side of parents, there is a lack of knowledge and access to various information. about normal school opening as for personnel in educational institutions, they are concerned about the situation of the disease. As for the administrative guidelines for the administration according to measures 6-6-7, it is to strictly follow the measures. For the learners, it is to review previous knowledge/basic adjustments/in terms of literacy and numeracy. understanding of measures and personnel in educational institutions is the preparation of guidelines/policies.
