Trends In Developing Logistics System on the Distribution Management for Preparing to Smart Sme

Abstract

          This research aimed to 1) study the characteristics of distribution logistics of entrepreneurs 2) create a guideline development of distribution logistics for entrepreneurs to prepare for SMART SMEs., and 3) transfer of distribution logistics technology. The research samples were small and medium-sized enterprise entrepreneurs from 4 northeastern provinces, consisting of Buriram in the amount of 3,383 people, Sisaket in the amount of 2,282 people, Surin in the amount of 2,911 people and Ubon Ratchathani in the amount of 4,824 people, a total of 13,400 people. (Department of Business Development : 2019). Using multi-step sampling, the sample group was small community enterprise entrepreneurs in the Muang districts of Surin, Buriram, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani provinces, a total of 400 people. The research instruments were questionnaires, training manuals, and training achievement tests. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
          The research results revealed that entrepreneurs acknowledge and understanding about logistics and logistics system management at a high level. Using the guideline for logistics development in transferring logistics technology in product distribution, the t value equal to 45.33 shows that those who received training on distribution logistics development has a higher achievement after training than before. Entrepreneurs must consider the characteristics of logistics in various aspects regularly to manage the logistics system efficiently to achieve success with increased competitiveness. This is an important part of becoming a SMART SME.
