Innovative Leadership of the School Administrators in 21st Century based on Opinion of the Teachers in School of Nuan Chan Cluster under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2

Abstract
The purpose of this study were to study and compare innovative leadership of the school administrators in 21st century based on opinions of the teachers in school of Nuan Chan cluster under secondary educational service area office Bangkok 2. The sample was 217 government teachers in Schools of Nuan Chan Cluster. The sample was selected by Multi-stage random sampling. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire according to innovative leadership of the school Administrators in 21st Century with a reliability coefficient 0.99. Analysis data by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing by t-test, Analysis of Variance (one-way ANOVA) and Post-Hoc testing by the Scheffe's method. The research results were found as follows;
1) Compare innovative leadership of the school administrators in 21st century based on opinions of the teachers in school of Nuan Chan cluster were all at a high level 2) The comparison of the innovative leadership of the school administrators in 21st century based on opinions of the teachers in school of Nuan Chan cluster with different educational levels and work experience found that no significant different except size of school was found that the overall and individual aspects had difference at the .05 level of statistical significance.
