บทคัดย่อ

          The purposes of this research were to study and compare teachers’ opinions on management skills of institution administrators in the schools under Bangna District Office, Bangkok to classified by educational background, work experience and academic standing, by the samples of instruction practice teachers in the schools under Bangna District Office, Bangkok since academic years, 2021 of 160 persons, from opening table by Cohen, Manion, and Morrison. The tool using to collect data is questionnaire rating scale 5. The statistical index use for research are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way Analysis of variance, and Scheffé's post hoc comparisons method.
          The research results were as follows,
          1. Teachers’ opinions on management skills of institution administrators in the schools under Bangna District Office, Bangkok by overview is at the highest level. Considering each side, interpersonal skills and technical skills are at the highest level and conceptual skills is at a high level
          2. The comparison result of teachers’ opinions on management skills of institution administrators in the schools under Bangna District Office, Bangkok was found that;
               2.1 Teachers’ opinions on management skills of institution administrators in the schools under Bangna District Office, Bangkok, classifying by educational background. By overview and each side, there is not difference. 
               2.2 Teachers’ opinions on management skills of institution administrators in the schools under Bangna District Office, Bangkok, classifying by work experience and academic standing. By overview and each side, there is a significant difference.
