A Study States of the Administration of the Education Quality Assurance of the Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 38

Abstract
The objective of this research was to of the Administration of the Education Quality Assurance of the Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 38. The variable scope were 6 components, including Targeting Vision and Educational institution missions, Organizing the quality management system of school, Academic development work that focuses on quality of learners in all aspects according to the curriculum, educational institutions and all target groups, Developing teachers and personnel to have professional expertise, Organizing physical and social environments conducive to learning management, and Organizing information technology systems to support management and learning. The population was the Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 38 in a total of 47 school. The sample consisting of the Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 38 from obtained by using Krejcie and Morgan Table and Random Sampling total 44 school. The group of informants consisted of 44 school directors and 44 teachers. The data were collected by using a 5 levels Rating Scale questionnaire with IOC between 0.6-1.0, and reliability coefficient at 0.95, and the statistics for data analysis were mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research showed that Administration of the Education Quality Assurance of the Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 38 was a high with the highest mean on Targeting Vision and Educational institution missions, while the lowest mean was on Organizing information technology systems to support management and learning.
