Abstract

หนังสือ “AI and Digital Leadership: Transforming Libraries, Archives, and Museums for the Future” นำเสนอเรื่องราวของเครือข่ายในกลุ่มสถาบัน GLAMs (หอศิลป์ ห้องสมุด หอจดหมายเหตุ พิพิธภัณฑ์) ที่กำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายและการเปลี่ยนแปลงเข้าสู่ยุคดิจิทัล ทำให้มีความจำเป็นต้องกลับมาทบทวนบทบาทหน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบ นโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติต่าง ๆ หนังสือเล่มนี้ได้นำกรอบแนวคิด ภาวะผู้นําดิจิทัล (Digital Leadership) มาปรับใช้ เพื่อรับมือกับความท้าทายในการใช้ Generative AI อย่างมีจริยธรรม ในการดูแลรักษาและบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรที่เป็นอัตลักษณ์ของแต่ละสถาบันของ GLAMs
