The Development of Information System for Human Resource Management at Anuban Nakhon Si Thammarat "Na Nakhon Utit" School

The purpose of this research was to develop an information system for human resource management at Anuban Nakhon Si Thammarat "Na Nakhon Utit" school and to evaluate indicated satisfaction levels. This research is developmental research. Methods for developing information systems use the principles of the system development cycle. Starting with a feasibility study of the system by interviewing 6 people, consisting of 4 educational institution administrators and 2 officials responsible for personnel administration work, then analyzed. Design and develop information systems was using an open source relational database management system program, a program designed to manage databases through a web browser, and a program to develop websites under operating system. After that, 162 users were allowed to try and evaluate the information system. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research showed that the information system for human resource management at Anuban Nakhon Si Thammarat "Na Nakhon Uthit" including personnel management work, personnel development work, reporting system and security system could record, edit, search and display data efficiently. The results of the evaluation indicated satisfaction levels across 5 aspects from the executive group and group of operational personnel. These are user interface, security system, recording/editing information, searching and reporting design, and the overall system. All five aspects received a satisfaction rating of good.
