Lack of personnel, budget and concrete collaborative network are disadvantages to let the visual impairment users access information conveniently. To get the best practice and direction to develop collaborative network of the libraries in Thailand, thus, the article intends to present case studies of successful collaborative network model of libraries and information service institutions for people with a visual impairment in foreign countries.
