Abstract

People, media, technologies, and libraries are related to different social lifestyles in every generation around the world from earlier times to current forms of society: Thailand 4.0 and Japan 5.0. Although technological innovation has significantly developed, librarians and libraries still play important roles in supporting and creating environments conducive for lifelong learning as well as igniting imaginations in technological innovation for readers through high-quality information provided very efficiently. It can be concluded that strong libraries create highly successful people and serve as the heart of thriving communities.
