การศึกษาประสบการณ์การเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใสของผู้ป่วยโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใส

Abstract

THE STUDY OF EXPERIENCE OF PATIENTS WITH PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS                                                                                                

The objectives of this study was to understanding the meaning of illness experienced of patients with pemphigus vulgaris . Data was collected using in-depth interview and questionnaires from 10 patients with pemphigus vulgaris. This study was based on a framework that included phenomenology study using the Transcendental phenomenology of Colaizzi. Key Infomants in this study were 10 patients who had illness with pemphigus vulgaris . The method used was purposive sampling. The study results showed core structure, which is the essence of the experience of patients with Pemphigus vulgaris included of 2 stages: 1) Before recognize that the Pemphigus vulgaris is related to believe that you are healthy and strong. 2) Period of recognize of the Pemphigus vulgaris. It is a period when patients perceive themselves as being sick with pemphigus vulgaris of two themes: The first theme is the state of unpleasant including despair, suffering and fear and The second theme is do not go out to face the outside  world, including shy and afraid of being disgusted and like a stranger.

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อทำความเข้าใจการให้ความหมายประสบการณ์การเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใส เป็นการศึกษาโดยใช้แนวคิดปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบอุตรวิสัย และได้ประยุกต์ใช้แนวทางในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาของโคไลซี่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้ป่วยที่เป็นโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใสที่รับรู้ว่าเป็นโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใสมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 3 เดือน จำนวนทั้งหมด 10 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโครสร้างอันเป็นแก่นสาระของประสบการณ์การเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใส ประกอบด้วย 2 ช่วง ได้แก่ 1) ช่วงก่อนรับรู้ว่าเป็นโรค คือ เป็นระยะที่ผู้ป่วยเชื่อว่าตนเองสุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรงดี สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติ ไม่เคยเจ็บป่วย 2) ช่วงรับรู้ว่าเป็นโรค เป็นช่วงที่ผู้ป่วยรับรู้ว่าตันเองมีการเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใสแล้ว ประกอบด้วย 2.1) สภาวะที่ไม่พึงปรารถนา เป็นความรู้สึกที่เกิดขึ้นต่อภาวะต่างๆในขณะที่ผู้ป่วยโรคตุ่มน้ำพองใสมีอาการของโรคเกิดขึ้น มี 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ ท้อแท้สิ้นหวัง ทรมาน และกลัว 2.2) ไม่กล้าออกไปเผชิญโลกภายนอก เป็นความรู้สึกที่เกิดขึ้นขณะที่อาการของโรคสงบแล้ว 2 ประเด็น ได้แก่ อายและกลัวถูกรังเกียจ และเหมือนเป็นคนแปลกประหลาด
