Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the problems and needs to prevent of  unwanted  pregnancy of  the  secondary school students ( Level 3) at  Suksa Songkhor School, Ministry of  Education and developing the model of  promoting behaviors to prevent unwanted  pregnancy. The sample were 374 secondary school students (Level 3) at  Suksa Songkhor School, Ministry of  Education. Data was collected by the open-ended questionnaires in 374  students and find out more by focus group interviewing in 80 students. Data was analyzed by using content analysis . The results showed that the problems in promoting behaviors to prevent unwanted pregnancy were composed of 5 aspect :1)The family / parents  2)In school -  teachers 3) Peers 4) Teenagers  5)Environment. The needs for promoting behaviors to prevent unwanted pregnancy for the sampling group were: 1) Families / parents aspect ;  parents should take care their children, give them a guidance about sex closely and become their consultant for sexual knowledge  2) School/teacher  ; teacher should cultivate their students and perform other roles on preventing them from sexual risk behaviors. 3) The government or relevant agencies;  to educate and create awareness for young generation to prevent  themselves from the  risk of unwanted pregnancy. Setting up  policy & legislation and strictly compliance. 4) The adolescent's need to know about sex education and skills to avoid risky sexual behaviors. Method  to  easily educate and enhance skills for adolescents to prevent undesirable pregnancy  so that they can create analytical thinking and apply.  The model of  promoting  behaviors to prevent unwanted pregnancy of Secondary school students (Level III) consist of three  stages   1) preparation stage  2) promoting behavioral stage  3) evaluation  stage

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการและสร้างรูปแบบการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์  กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ จำนวน 374 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ตอบแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 80 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แล้วนำผลที่ได้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการสร้างรูปแบบการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์     ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า  สภาพปัญหาในการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย   5  ด้าน  คือ 1) ด้านครอบครัว / พ่อแม่    2) ด้านโรงเรียน/ครู อาจารย์   3) ด้านเพื่อน  4) ด้านตัววัยรุ่นเอง 5) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม  ส่วนความต้องการการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย  1) ครอบครัว/ พ่อแม่ ควรมีการดูแล  อบรมสั่งสอนเรื่องเพศอย่างใกล้ชิดและเป็นที่ปรึกษาที่ดีเรื่องเพศ   2) โรงเรียน /ครู  อาจารย์  ควรมีการอบรมสั่งสอน  และการปฏิบัติตามบทบาทหน้าต่างๆในการป้องกันการเกิดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ 3) รัฐบาล หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรให้ความรู้และสร้างจิตสำนึกแก่เด็กวัยรุ่นเพื่อมิให้มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์  รวมทั้งกำหนดนโยบาย ออกกฎหมายและปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด  4) ตัววัยรุ่น ควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษา ทักษะต่างๆ สามารถคิดวิเคราะห์และนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ เพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์

รูปแบบการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์  ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้น คือ 1) ขั้นการเตรียมความพร้อม  2) ขั้นการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรม  และ 3) ขั้นการประเมินผล
