Reception and Opinions of Community Justice Network Committees in Tak Province Regarding Participation in Juvenile Drug – Oriented Crime Reduction
Abstract
การรับรู้และความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชนจังหวัดตากเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน
Abstract
The main purpose of the thesis. 1) To study the cognitive participation of The Community Justice Network Committees in Tak Province Regarding Participation in Juvenile Drug – Oriented Crime Reduction. 2) To study the level of participation of The Community Justice Network Committees in Tak Province Regarding Participation in Juvenile Drug –Oriented Crime Reduction. 3) To study the suggestion of The Community Justice Network Committees in Tak Province Regarding Participation in Juvenile Drug –Oriented Crime Reduction. The Community Justice Network Committees in Tak Province Studying by 283 members collecting details by using questionnaire, then analyze data using statistics such as, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Research revealed as follows: 1) The overall perception towards participation as perceived by the Committee of Community Justice Network at Tak Province in terms of reduction of youth misconducts concerning drugs was at the high level (=3.60, S.D.= 0.95). 2) The overall participation by the Committee of Community Justice Network at Tak Province in terms of reduction of youth misconducts concerning drugs was at the high level ( = 3.49, S.D.= 0.95) 3) For the comparison between the perception towards participation and the real participation by the Committee of Community Justice Network at Tak Province in terms of reduction of youth misconducts concerning drugs, it was found that they were different; thus, the perception towards participation was higher than the real participation. 4) As for the guidelines to promote and encourage those people concerned to reduce the problems of youth misconducts concerning drugs.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการรับรู้การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชน จังหวัดตาก ในการลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน 2) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชน จังหวัดตาก ในการลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกเครือข่ายในเพื่อลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ คณะกรรมการเครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชนจังหวัดตาก จำนวน 283 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชน จังหวัดตาก ในการลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน ในภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.60, S.D.=0.95) 2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชน จังหวัดตาก ในการลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน ในภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (=3.49, S.D.=0.95) 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมและการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการยุติธรรมชุมชน พบว่า แตกต่างกันโดยมีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมมากกว่าการมีส่วนร่วม ในการลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน 4) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการลดปัญหาการกระทำความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาเสพติดของเด็กและเยาวชน
