Abstract

This study aims to Study the factors affecting the efficiency of accounting operations in the system. GFMIS of colleges affiliated with the Office of Vocational Education Commission The respondents were the chief accountant. Accounting practitioners of colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission 23 institutions of vocational education from the total population by statistical multiple regression analysis. The statistical significance was determined at the 0.05 level. From the study, it was found that environmental factors had the greatest influence on the efficiency of accounting operations in the GFMIS system, followed by continuity and understanding factors, respectively.
