Abstract

A research on the satisfaction of the accounting professional establishment towards the characteristics of the students practicing professional accounting experience of the School of Accounting Chiang Rai Rajabhat University The objective of this study was to study the characteristics of students practicing the desired accounting professional experience according to the needs of the accounting establishment. The questionnaire was used to collect data from 50 accounting professional establishments and analyze the data by using statistics, frequency distribution, percentage Mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that the satisfaction of the professional accounting establishments towards the characteristics of the students practicing accounting professional experience. of the School of Accounting Chiang Rai Rajabhat University Overall, it's at a high level. From the analysis of data in each area, it was found that Academic knowledge and competence according to the nature of work in the professional field They were satisfied at a high level with an average of 4.17 followed by morality, ethics, professional ethics with a high level of satisfaction with an average of 3.87, and on the aspect of basic knowledge that affects working has a high level of satisfaction with an average of 3.82. Recommendations from the establishment Most accounting professions require 2-3 months of professional experience.
