Abstract

This study aimed to study the development of crocheted fabric designs and to study consumer satisfaction with crochet products. By studying from a sample of consumer students of Chiang Rai Rajabhat University and the general public in Ban Du sub-district, Muang district. Using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. And to analyze content statistics frequency distribution showing the frequency of the collected data It is expressed as a number and a percentage (%).

The research results WDfound that Most of the respondents were female. 51.11 percent and followed by male. Accounted for 48.89 percent, between the ages of under 20 years and the age between 41-50 years, accounting for 24.89 percent, followed by the age between 31-40 years, representing 22.00 percent and the age between 21-30 years, accounting for 18.67. There are forms of occupation as students / students, followed by general employment and private business.

Based on the analysis of design evaluation of crocheted fabric products. In terms of functional benefits, the crochet pattern was found to be suitable for use. In terms of artistic beauty, when considering each aspect, it was found that the intricacies of knitting had the top attention. In terms of color matching, when you look at each side, the new color scheme is more interesting. Material and economic properties when considering each area found that appropriate material selection was important for the product. If entrepreneurs develop designs in terms of shape, the color of the bag is different from the original, it will add interest to the product. And if there are more distribution channels for consumers to have access to more products or the product itself, the work of the operator is known, helping to increase the income in distributing the product as well as increasing the way Choose for consumers to turn their attention to crochet more.
