บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ทำการศึกษา การยกระดับศักยภาพแบบพลวัตขององค์กรธุรกิจที่คล่องตัวและการจัดการโซ่อุปทานที่คล่องตัว ส่งผลต่อการตอบสนองตลาดและเครือข่ายเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืนของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมรองเท้าของไทย ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืนของผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมรองเท้าของไทยระหว่างกลุ่มที่เป็นเจ้าของตราสินค้า (Brand) กับกลุ่มที่เป็นผู้รับจ้างผลิต (Original Equipment Manufacturer--OEM) และ ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืนของอุตสาหกรรมรองเท้าของไทย เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน คือการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณดำเนินการโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้ประกอบการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมรองเท้าของไทย จำนวน 250 ตัวอย่าง และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหารกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมรองเท้าของไทย จำนวน 16 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า องค์กรธุรกิจที่คล่องตัว การจัดการโซ่อุปทานที่คล่องตัว การยกระดับศักยภาพแบบพลวัต การตอบสนองตลาดและเครือข่าย และความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน มีการเชื่อมโยงของตัวแปรเป็นไปตามแนวทางที่ปรากฏในตัวแบบการยกระดับศักยภาพแบบพลวัตขององค์กรธุรกิจที่คล่องตัว (EDC of Agility Enterprise) โดยความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืนได้รับอิทธิพลมาจากองค์กรธุรกิจที่คล่องตัว การจัดการโซ่อุปทานที่คล่องตัว การยกระดับศักยภาพแบบพลวัต ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการการตอบสนองตลาดและเครือข่ายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการที่เป็นเจ้าของตราสินค้า ให้ความสำคัญกับการตอบสนองตลาดและเครือข่ายมากกว่ากลุ่มที่เป็นผู้รับจ้างผลิต และการตอบสนองตลาดและเครือข่ายมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับกลุ่มที่เป็นเจ้าของตราสินค้า แต่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อกลุ่มผู้รับจ้างผลิตอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ
