ชุมชนชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชาด้านจันทบุรีกับการพัฒนาในกระแส การเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน

Abstract

บทความวิจัยนี้ต้องการนำเสนอความเคลื่อนไหวของการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชุมชนชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ด้านจังหวัด จันทบุรี โดยใช้การศึกษาจากเอกสารร่วมกับการสำรวจภาคสนาม และการสัมภาษณ์ ในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม 2554- สิงหาคม 2556 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และนำเสนอรายงานในลักษณะพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาคส่วนต่างๆ ในพื้นที่มีความกระตือรือร้นต่อกิจกรรมการพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากการความเตรียมรองรับ การเปิดประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในปี พ.ศ. 2558 โดยภาคเอกชนในพื้นที่มีบทบาทนำ และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาค รัฐทั้งในท้องถิ่น ส่วนกลาง และส่วนภูมิภาค ตลอดถึงพัฒนาการในทิศทางที่ดีต่อการขยายความร่วมมือการพัฒนาพื้นที่ ชายแดนในฝั่งกัมพูชาซึ่งรัฐบาลกัมพูชาได้ให้ความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนกัมพูชา ข้อ เสนอจากการศึกษาคือ การธำรงไว้ซึ่งความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างชุมชนชายแดนไทยกับกัมพูชา การเพิ่มแผนงานพัฒนาสังคม และวัฒนธรรมควบคู่กันไปกับการพัฒนาทางเศรษฐกิจ และให้ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาพื้นที่ให้มากขึ้น

THAI-CAMBODIAN BORDER COMMUNITY OF CHANTHABURI PROVINCE AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN ASEAN ECONOMICS COMMUNITY TREND

The purpose of this research article was to demonstrate the movement of development in Thai-Cambodian border community situated in Chanthaburi province. Data was collected from documents, field research and in-depth interviews. The research took place from October 2011 to August 2013. The data was analyzed by the method of content analysis and descriptive analysis. The study showed that there were sectors which were enthusiastic about economic developing activities, as a result of the preparation for the ASEAN Economic Community which was scheduled to begin in 2015, with leading role by the local private sectors and with support from central, provincial and local governments, as well as positive progression towards the expansion of co operation in developing border area in Cambodia, which Cambodian government had highlighted in order to enhance Cambodians’ quality of life. However, this research proposed the sustainability of good relationship between Thai-Cambodian borderline communities, the increase in socio-cultural development plans concurrent with economic development and the promotion of increasing public’s participation in area development.
