การพัฒนาแบบวัดการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับเยาวชนไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ พัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับเยาวชนไทย ตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2568 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ จำนวน 934 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวัดการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับเยาวชนไทย ซึ่งเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 73 ข้อ วิเคราะห์คุณภาพด้วยดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (CVI) ค่าอำนาจจำแนก และความเที่ยงแบบสอดคล้องภายใน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แบบวัดการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับเยาวชนไทยฉบับสมบูรณ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีจำนวน 49 ข้อ ประกอบด้วยตัวบ่งชี้ 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ 1) การมีส่วนร่วมที่แฝงอยู่ จำนวน 15 ข้อ 2) การมีส่วนร่วมเชิงตอบโต้ จำนวน 9 ข้อ 3) การมีส่วนร่วมเชิงแสดงออก จำนวน 12 ข้อ และ 4) การมีส่วนร่วมในฐานะผู้ติดตาม จำนวน 13 ข้อ ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ พบว่า ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับอยู่ที่ 0.93 ผลการตรวจสอบค่าดัชนีอำนาจจำแนก พบว่า มีค่าอยู่ในช่วง 0.22 ถึง 0.61 ผลการตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยง พบว่า มีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับผ่านเกณฑ์ (α = 0.93) แสดงให้เห็นว่า แบบวัดที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปวัดระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์แก่เยาวชนไทยได้
