การพัฒนาโมเดลการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวารสารศาสตร์

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโมเดลการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวารสารศาสตร์ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเอกสารและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้วิจัยสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 20 คน จัดทำร่างโมเดล และสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางวารสารศาสตร์ บรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์ จำนวน 7 คน เพื่อรับรองโมเดล และนำโมเดลไปทดลองใช้ โดยการออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและทดลองสอนเนื้อหาการรู้สารสนเทศในรายวิชาของหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวารสารศาสตร์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า โมเดลที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีชื่อว่า “โมเดลการจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ความร่วมมือ และการบูรณาการ” (Participative Management, Collaboration, Integration Model) เรียกโดยย่อว่า พีซีไอโมเดล (PCI Model) ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง และกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวารสารศาสตร์ หลังการทดลองใช้โมเดล พบว่า นักศึกษามีทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศสูงขึ้น และมีความพึงพอใจในบทเรียนและกิจกรรมการบูรณการการรู้สารสนเทศในระดับมากที่สุด
