Abstract

    The purposes of this research were to study (1) the transformational leadership level of personnel of the Islamic Preschool Development Centers, (2) the effectiveness management level of the Islamic Preschool Development Centers, and (3) the transformational leadership of personnel affecting the effectiveness administration of the Islamic Preschool Development Centers. The researcher collected data from 74 Islamic Preschool Development Centers with 275 samples. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research finding revealed that: (1) transformational leadership of Personnel Administration of the Islamic Preschool Development Centers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration overall and in each aspect were at a high level; (2) the effectiveness of the administration level of the Islamic Preschool Development Centers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level; and (3) the transformational leadership of personnel impacting the effectiveness of the management of the Islamic Preschool Development Centers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. In hypothesis testing by using stepwise multiple regression analysis, it was found that transformational leadership of personnel could be predicted as the effective administration of the Islamic Preschool Development Centers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The statistical significance was significant at .05. The leadership factors and changes in personnel were predicted as the effective administration with five aspects as follows: the influence of ideology, change management, inspiration to stimulate the use of intelligence and respect individuality, respectively.
