การวิเคราะห์การบริหารครูเจเนอเรชั่นวายของโรงเรียนเอกชน เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21

The objectives of the research were 1) to study the conceptual framework and 2) to examine the current and desirable state. Mixed method research was employed in this research. The conceptual framework was evaluated by five experts. The sample was comprised of 371 private schools. The 676 respondents consisted of school administrators and Generation Y teachers. The research instruments consisted of assessment and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics.
The research findings showed that 1) the conceptual framework consisted of: (1) teacher management including recruitment and selection, induction and retention, performance management and compensation, professional development and learning organization; (2) Generation Y teachers are those who were born between 1981-1995 and their special characteristics include technology skills, versatility, ability to work on a team, desire for change, acceptance of diversity, self-confidence, and a willingness to learn and transfer knowledge; (3) the quality of the 21st century students consisted of learning and innovation skills in regards to information, media, and technology, as well as welfare and career skills. 2) The current and desirable states were at the a high level for (1) induction and retention, (2) professional development and learning organization, (3) performance management and compensation, and (4) recruitment and selection. The desirable states were higher than the current states in every aspect. The strengths were recruitment and selection, and induction and retention. The weaknesses were performance management and compensation, professional development and learning organization. The opportunities were economics and technology. The threats were politics and social situations.
