This study employed qualitative approach. The objectives were 1) to analyze and synthesize a transformative learning model to enhance the integral health of sustainable-practicing organizations in Thailand, 2) to develop a scenario for a transformative learning model to accomplish this, and 3) to study the factors and conditions the model to achieve the goal. The results indicated that: 1) the transformative learning model towards sustainability development must be based on the appropriate principles to ensure that all are interconnected; 2) in order to establish integral health with long term sustainability and happiness, organizations need to systematically adapt to cover all life dimensions i.e. principle, physical, mental, intellectual, emotional, organizational, social, and environmental;3) change processes have to start with increased consciousness and paradigm change through critical self-reflection with creative dialogue/discourse;4) success factors must be on the condition that this systematic approach is implanted into organizations’ values with a high commitment from all stakeholders
