THE DEVELOPMENT OF KEY COMPETENCIES TEACHERS PROGRAM FOR ENHANCEMENT THE COMPULSORY EDUCATION IN EXPANSION SCHOOL

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to develop the program, and evaluate the Key
competencies teachers program for enhancement the compulsory education in expansion school. The target group of this study consisted of the teacher in the compulsory education in expansion school under jurisdiction of the office of Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area 2, There were 4 phases of implementation in research and development including: Phases 1 theoretical
study, related research with element of competencies program. Phases 2 study of current desirable
state, needful method of program. Phases 3 developing of competencies program. Phases 4 using and evaluate the competencies program by using research and development design.
The finding could be concluded as follow:
- There were 4 parts of development key competencies teachers program for enhancement the compulsory education in expansion school: Part 1 ;the introduction, Part2; the details of competencies program, Part3; using the competencies program, Part 4; evaluation of using the competencies program and indicators of success in apply the key competencies program.
- The key competencies teachers program for enhancement the compulsory education in expansion school, could be viewed from :1) the experimental group reacted on competencies program, overall were in “High” level’. 2) knowledge assessment for competencies program , average and percentage; before and after were in 50.41, 63.01 / 75.00, 93.75. 3) skill knowledge assessment for competencies program that the experimental group were self-assessment, in overall before and after were in “High” level and “Highest” level. The directors were assess, before and after were in “High” 4) evaluation of knowledge transfer into duty in expansion school, overall were in “Highest” 5) assessment of student learning outcomes for competencies program overall were in “High”.
