Abstract
This research aims : to study the implementation results of participatory administration model of schools under Khonkean Primary Educational Service Office 1-5 by applying sufficiency economy philosophy. The research was divided into three phases : Phase 1 to study the participatory administration model of inclusive schools by in-depth interview and purposive sampling 7 experts. Phase 2 To develop of participatory administration model of inclusive schools by studying of three of the original schools. Survey of questionnaire to the target group education management of the school boards under Khonkean Primary Educational Service Office 1-5 of 196 people and workshop to draft administration of inclusive Schools. Checking and confirming the model by structured interview 9 professionals. The research findings were as follow : The administration of participatory model of inclusive schools ,consists of 7 process : Opinion participation Planning participation Decision participation Action participation Responsibility participation Evaluation participation and Improvement Participation of the benefit from Obligations and 4 frameworks, including ; Academic Administration Budget administration Personnel management General administration. Phase 3 The study results take the form of the administration of participatory model of inclusive schools by applying sufficiency economy philosophy. There were 3 experts on inclusive education of the model are moderation, reasonableness, and self-immunity. Were at the highest level.
