Abstract
The purpose of this study were 1) To study the Buddhist educational administrations 2) To develop the Buddhist educational administrations 3) To study the results and evaluate of the model to the buddhist administration of basic education administrators in khon kean elementary education service area office3 by application philosophy of the sufficiency economy. The research is divided into 3 phases ; Phase 1: To study of the composition of Buddhist educational administrations by researching and studying from theories and research -related analyzes by using the synthetic from table of matrit. For elements of the Buddhist educational administrations and confirmed by the in-depth interviewing of 7 experts. Phase 2: To develop the Buddhist educational administrations by studying tour 2 best practice schools then interview as the focus group focus on key persons of 2 the best practice schools totally 20 persons. The workshop consists of supervisors of the leader of academic and the leader of the level, 7 persons total by using the PSE (PHILOSOPHY OF THE “Sufficiency Economy”) and checking of the appropriate form of experts seminar.( Connoisseurship). Phase 3: To study results and evaluate of the buddhist administration of basic education administrators in khon kean elementary education service area office3 by application philosophy of the sufficiency economy. There were three projects including the project to promote virtues, development of teaching personal project and evaluating from the experts based on philosophy of the sufficiency economy and then analyzing the content percentage.
The result of the research found that ; The buddhist administration of basic education administrators in khon kean elementary education service area office3 by application philosophy of the sufficiency economy. For self managing the 11 factors are: 1 ) To play the suitable role of leadership 2) To have appropriate emotional maturity 3 ) To be friendly and be not arrogant 4 ) To have fine vision 5 ) To develop themselves continuously 6) To improve themselves7) To take risks 8) To be punctual and manage time appropriately 9) To be accepting of the community 10) To have faith in themselves and their profession 11) To principles of morality , ethics , regulations, and rules always relevant . People managing the 9 factors are: 1) To be always generous to teachers 2) To devote to work and not to be selfish3) To Speak politely and with reason4) To have an art of persuasive speaking teachers 5) To do the duty in previous work , dedicated fully to the goal 6) Tio encourage all teachers to progress To help 8) To help teachers in need9) To have congratulations on a successful teacher. Task managing the 9 factors are:1) To be eager to work in duty 2) To love and work full of ability person3) To have the diligence and courage to face the problem4) To learn and create academic knowledge5) To have a willingness to work and leave work. 6) To act with forethought and be careful at all times7) To be careful working all time8)To work of the main reasons9) To be always innovative
