Work Motivation and Organization Commitment Affecting Teachers Organizational Citizenship Behaviors under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 30

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study 1) level of work motivation, organization commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors 2) the relationship between work motivation and organization commitment and 3) the predictive equation of work motivation and organization commitment affecting teachers organizational citizenship behaviors under the office of secondary educational service area office 30. Samples were 313 teachers. Data was analyzed using SPSS for Window program for figuring out the mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and stepwise
multiple regression an analysis.
The research result found:
1. The overall of work motivation, organization commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors are high.
2. Relationship between work motivation and organization commitment, It was found that there was medium positive correlation with statistically significant differences at 0.01
3. Five aspects of work motivation and organization commitment that predict organizational citizenship behaviors are normative commitment, affective commitment, continuance commitment, achievement and recognition. The multiple correction coefficient was 0.86 while a predictive coefficient or predictive power was 86.30 (R2= 0.74) with statistically significant differences at 0.01
