The Development of Learning Achievement and Group Behavior for Grade 8 Students Using Learning Cycle (5Es) and Advanced Organizer in The Learning Area of Social Studies Religion and Culture

Abstract
This research aimed 1) To development of Learning Achievement by Using Leaning Cycle (5Es) with Advanced Organizer Learning from social studies, religion and culture that unit 2 of the sufficiency economy to produce goods and services by student in Grade 8. 70 percent of student achievement score up to 70 percent. 2) To development of group behavior by Leaning Cycle (5Es) with Advanced Organizer Learning from social studies, religion and culture that unit 2 of the sufficiency economy to produce goods and services by student in Grade 8. The students gained the high level in the habit of group working. The simple of this research were 25 Grade 8 student of Nongnoprachasan School Kranuan District Khonkaen Province who were studying Social Studies course in the second semester of the academic year 2015. The research instruments used were: 1) The tools that used in the laboratory were the Social Studies lesson 9 plans. 2) The tools that used to reflect the operating results of the teachers were the learning behavior of teachers and student, Assessment of student learning
behavior, the results record of the study plans and Social Studies achievement tests. 3) The tool that used to evaluate the effectiveness of learning were the Social Studies achievement tests and behavior evaluation of group working. This research was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using mean, percentage and standard deviation.
The results of this research were as follow:
1) The Social Studies learning achievement 76.00 percent of the students after being taught by the Leaning Cycle (5Es) with Advanced Organizer Learning were the threshold 70 percent of the students who were achievement 70 percent. The average of was 73.86 percent.
2) The developed behavior of group working achievement score has increased accordingly. The average score was 2.82 which passed the quality threshold that the behavior of students in the group working gained more than the high level.
