Abstract

This academic consists purposes to study how educational administrators lead and manage education in the digital era by analyzing relevant academic documents, articles, and research studies, as well as synthesizing them according to the author's academic principles. This academic article with content scope includes important changes in educational management in the digital era and concepts and theories regarding leadership of educational administrators in the digital era. Data analysis using the process of identifying, interpreting, and evaluating key elements of leadership of digital era educational administrators to gain a deeper understanding of the content and find conclusions. The findings indicate that 1) leadership of digital-era educational administrators is essential to drive educational organizations to keep pace with rapid changes in technology and the globalized world. The main components of leadership of the administrators of educational institutions in the digital era are 6 components, including 1.1) Digital Organizational Culture. 1.2) Networking/Collaboration 1.3) Accepting Change 1.4) Technology Skills 1.5) Personnel Development and 1.6) Technology Vision and 2) Guidelines for developing leadership in the digital era. To enable educational administrators to develop leadership in the digital era effectively, the following actions should be emphasized: 2.1) Visionary and Strategic Thinking 2.2) Learning and Adaptation 2.3) Data-Driven Decision Making and Application 2.4) Personnel Development and Coaching 2.5) Cultivating Digital Culture and Collaboration and 2.6) Digital Citizenship. Therefore, the leadership of educational administrators in the digital era is essential to driving educational organizations to keep pace with the changes of the current era, which directly impacts the quality of education management in all aspects of educational institutions.
