Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to create and find out the effectiveness of the GMIS innovation combined Davies' Practical Skills Instructional Model (DPSIM) in studying Art Course 3 Ramwong Matratan set for secondary 2 (Grad 8) students 2. to compare the learning achievement of students in knowledge between before and after learning using GMIS innovation combined DPSIM 3. to compare the learning achievement of students after learning using GMIS innovation combined DPSIM in knowledge between the experimental group and the control group 4. to compare the learning achievement of students after learning using GMIS innovation combined DPSIM in practical skill between the experimental group and the control group and 5. to study students' satisfaction in learning Art Course 3 Ramwong Matratan using GMIS innovation, combining DPSIM. The research design used Nonequivalent Control Group Pre-test Posttest Design. Research tools include (1) GMIS innovations, learning management plans, (2) knowledge tests, (3) practical skills assessments, and (4) satisfaction assessments. The sample size was 29 people drawn from random sampling. The data collected from the research tools were then analyzed using statistics, including percentages, averages, and standard deviations. and compared by t-test. The results of the research found that: 1) the efficiency of GMIS innovation combines DPSIM was at the highest level (x̅= 4.78, SD = 0.19) 2) the experimental group had higher learning achievement in knowledge after studying than before studying by GMIS innovation combines DPSIM 3) the experimental group had higher achievement in knowledge than the control group 4) the experimental group had higher academic achievement in practical skills than the control group and 5) the experimental group were satisfied with their study of art course 3 Ramwong Matratan set using GMIS innovation combined DPSIM at the highest level (x̅= 4.80, SD = 0.18).
