Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the influence of system quality on officer efficiency in the New GFMIS Thai system of The Royal Thai Army and 2. to study the influence of information usage quality on officer efficiency in the New GFMIS Thai system of The Royal Thai Army. is quantitative research. The research tool was a questionnaire, with the sample group being those performing duties in the Army's New GFMIS Thai system, consisting of financial officers. financial officer and financial clerks, 350 people, from the sample size calculation. Using Taro Yamane's (1973) formula with an error level of 0.05 derived from random sampling. The data collected from the questionnaire was then analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis. The research results found that 1) the System Quality showed a positive sign on officer efficiency in the New GFMIS Thai system of The Royal Thai Army with the technology acceptance aspect, user satisfaction aspect, achievement aspect and user reliability aspect with the statistical significance of 0.01 and 0.05 level and 2) the result found that the Information Usage Quality showed a positive sign on officer efficiency in the New GFMIS Thai system of The Royal Thai Army with the technology acceptance aspect, user satisfaction aspect, achievement aspect and user reliability aspect with the statistical significance of 0.01 level.
