Abstract

This research consists purposes were to study the silk weaving process of Ban Nong Bua, Kut Rang Sub-district, Kut Rang District, Maha Sarakham Province. It is a qualitative research. A research tool is an interview form with a target group of 6 people from specific selection. Then take the information gathered from the information gathered from the document. and interview forms for content analysis. The results showed that 1) Silk weaving process of Ban Nong Bua Community, Kut Rang Sub-district, Kut Rang District, Maha Sarakham Province It is a local wisdom that has been around for a long time. The most popular pattern weaving is the Dok Mak pattern. which is the pattern of Maha Sarakham province that has been there since ancient times Inherited from generation to generation to the present "The betel nut necklace pattern" It is the name of the pattern called by the ancient people. Nowadays, villagers may call it differently in each locality, such as the fish scale pattern or the Kom Kao pattern.
