Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. The objectives of this research were to study the level of opinions on the factors contributing to the performance of the women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province. 2. To study the factors affecting the performance of the women empowerment fund and 3. To study suggestions on factors affecting the operational efficiency of women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province. It is a quantitative research. The research tool was a questionnaire. The sample group was the Women's Role Development Fund Committee in Roi Et Province, totaling 175 people using Taro Yamane's formula. Frequency Standard Deviation and multiple regression analysis The results showed that 1) The overall of operational efficiency of the women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province was rated at a high level. 2) Factors affecting the operational efficiency of women empowerment fund in Roi Et Province include board Leadership factor and support factors from government agencies. The correlation coefficient was .785 and descriptive variation was 61.60 percentage significantly at 0.05 level. and 3) recommendations consisting of 3.1) should jointly strengthen leadership for everyone to suggest useful opinions 3.2) technology should be used at the VDO Conference with network partners. 3.3) Training should be provided to educate and recommend a manual for the women's role development fund committee. 3.4) Adequate budget support should be provided for meetings. 3.5) Mentors should be provided to provide advice to fund and 3.6) there should be a link to work at the network level of sub-districts, districts and provinces.
