Effect of Modern Human Resource Management Factors on the Competency of Support Personnel of Rajabhat University in the Northeastern Region.

The purposes of this study were to 1. study the modern human resource management of the support personnel, 2. to study the competency of the support personnel and 3. to study the influence of the modern human resources administration of the Northeastern Rajabhat University. It is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The research tools were interview forms and questionnaires. The sample group consisted of 400 members of the support staff of Rajabhat University in the Northeastern region, using the Taro Yamane formula and the target group of 11 people who comes from a specific selection Then use the information gathered from the questionnaire. were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression and from interview forms and related documents to content analysis. The results showed that 1) the overall 5 aspects of the factor that influenced the modern human resource management of supporting personnel from the Northeastern Rajabhat University had high levels with average of 3.70 as following training 3.82, participation 3.77 and employee development 3.57 2) the overall 5 aspects of the supporting personnel on competency were average 4.01 at high levels including communication and incentives 4.07, achievement work 4.03 and teamwork 3.96 3) impact of modern human resource management on competency of the supporting personnel in overall 5 aspects had a significant positive correlation of 0.05 at ranged of 0.675 – 0.806. All these aspects had an overall positive impact on the performance of the support personnel.
