Child Development Center Management Model to Excellence of Child Development Centers under the Pongprasat Sub district Administrative Organization Bang Saphan District Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. formulate the child development center for excellence of the Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and 2. to study the results of using the child development center management model for excellence of the Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. It is a blended research between qualitative and quantitative research.The research tools are the Child Development Center Management Manual for Excellence of the Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and evaluation form for the Child Development Center Management Evaluation Form for Excellence of the Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The target groups are 1) Pongprasat Child Development Center, 2) Baan Hin Kong Child Development Center, and 3) Wat Khao Talom Child Development Center, 3 locations based on a specific selection. The data collected from the Child Development Center Management Evaluation Form for Excellence of the Child Development Center under the Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Statistics used are mean and standard deviation The results of the evaluation form was analyzed the data by comparing it with the average score interpretation criteria. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Model of Child Development Center to Excellence of Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province consists of 7 components: 1) strategy, 2) structure, 3) system, 4) format, 5) personnel, 6) skills and 7) shared values. The format is consistent with the objectives and 2) the quality assessment results according to the composition of the Child Development Center for Excellence Management Model of the Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The result is in good level as a guideline for the implementation of the child development center management model to excellence of the Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province to use. Administrative should study the details of the model carefully to achieve a thorough understanding of every content issue before using it in real situations. The child development center management model to excellence of the Child Development Center under Pongprasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Prachuap Khiri Khan Province will be able to be used successfully based on an awareness of the importance of excellence preparation for the development of the child development center of their own to have quality and strive for excellence consistently and continuously.By applying the development according to the model to suit the context of each child development center, to raise awareness of cooperation with all parties, including administrators, teachers, students, parents and all stakeholders
