Cooperative Learning Management through STAD Technique by Using Game Activities and Cartoon Cards : Foreign Language Department (Chinese) Titled Basic Chinese for Grade 4 Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to find the efficiency of Cooperative Learning Management through STAD Technique by Using Game Activities and Cartoon Cards : Foreign Language Department (Chinese) Titled Basic Chinese plan for Grade 4 Students according to the criteria 80/80, 2) to find the effectiveness index of learning management plan and 3) to compare the learning achievement, between pre-test scores and post-test scores. The sample were 36 persons of Grade 4 Students, Ban Diang Tawan Tok School under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which were obtained by The samples were selected by simple random sampling and used the classroom as a randomization. There are 2 types of research tools, namely 1) 4 plans of Cooperative Learning Management through STAD Technique by Using Game Activities and Cartoon Cards : Foreign Language Department (Chinese) Titled Basic Chinese. The evaluation result of the learning management plan was at the highest level (4.50), 2) achievement test was reliable at 0.96. This research analyzed the data by finding the percentage, average, standard deviation, the statistics in the case of one sample t-test and the statistics in the case of dependent sample t-test.

The plan of Cooperative Learning Management through STAD Technique by Using Game Activities and Cartoon Cards : Foreign Language Department (Chinese) Titled Basic Chinese which the researcher developed was efficient (E1/E2), = 80.99/82.31, regarded higher than the standard level 80/80, The effectiveness index of learning management plan was EI = 53.86, and The students who studied with learning management plan had higher learning efficiency of post-test than pre-test which was significantly different at 0.05.
