Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study factors influencing teaching practice and develop guidelines for teaching practice among Faculty of Education students. Thai language teaching field the research results found that Factors regarding mentors and supervisors contextual factors of personnel in educational institutions and factors in the problem conditions and context that affect teaching practice are important at a high level to teaching practice in educational institutions. and guidelines for teaching practice in educational institutions, consisting of creating teaching experiences competition or internship support further education Improving communication skills monitoring and evaluation support monitoring and evaluation of teaching practice. and support for training in educational institutions therefore, creating teaching experiences in real educational institutions for students to practice teaching and develop time management and communication skills. Including support for internships and teaching competitions to strengthen teaching and communication skills in the Thai language. Including supporting training in educational institutions by providing supervision and advice from relevant experts. and monitoring and evaluation to help students improve and develop their teaching skills in the future.
