Abstract

         The objectives of this research are 1) To study the role of powers and duties of the Damrongdhama Center. 2) To study problems and obstacles in the operation of the Damrongdhama Center. 3) To recommend the guideline for the operation of the Damrongdhama Center. It is a qualitative research study. The study population was 5 persons who have received services through various channels and 10 persons who are involved or are stakeholders or government officials. The tool used is use the method of studying concepts from documents. Instruction book related research and the facts from the interviews were summarized and analyzed according to the objectives of the study and the conceptual framework of the study according to the principles of social justice. With the method of summarizing in the form of a descriptive narrative.


          The research results showed that 1) Damrongdhama Center, Nonthaburi Province had a role. Powers and duties to receive complaints and grievances settle disputes, for example, in case of overlapping land areas public service Information service by using social justice methods by allowing all sectors to participate in the operation in the form of negotiations hold a meeting to listen to opinions public hearing appointment of working group. 2) Problems and obstacles in the operation of the Damrongdhamma Center in Nonthaburi Province are roles the powers and duties of the Nonthaburi Damrongdhamma Center do not allow the Nonthaburi Damrongdhamma Center to create social justice on their own. Must reside at the Amphoe Damrongtham Center community justice center and cooperation from all sectors come to help implement social justice successfully. As a result, the implementation of the problem is sometimes delayed. Because it has to wait for cooperation from various agencies causing people to lose confidence and turn to complain directly to the responsible agency in trouble. 3) The operational guidelines should increase the power and duty of the Damrongdhama Center to solve problems of people's sufferings on their own, and there is a law to support it. And the management structure of the Damrongdhama Center should include the private sector and civil society. In order for the Damrongdhama Center to be more independent in its operations.
