Abstract

         The objectives of this research were 1) to study the application level of the Four Brahma Vihara principles in teachers' academic administration. Under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Education Service Area 2) To study and compare the application of the Four Brahma Vihara principles in academic administration of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office which classified by gender, age, educational background and work experience 3) to study the recommendations for the application of the Four Brahma Viharn principles in teachers' academic administration. Under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Education Service Area.  The research model, the researcher studied documents, textbooks, data, statistics, the importance of the problem, and related research documents. to create a data collection tool. The researcher took the tool to check the quality of the tool. Inspected by three experts involved in educational administration. The researcher prepares a draft research report and submits it to the control committee for review, improvement, and correction of deficiencies as recommended by the control committee. and publishing and submitting a complete research report. The quantitative research method using a questionnaire was used as a tool. The samples used in this research were: school teachers Under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area, 2021 academic year, 2,742 people. The selected sample consisted of 338 people according to Krejcie and Morgan tables. The statistics used in the descriptive analysis of the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.


The results showed that : 1) Application of the Four Brahma Viharn Principles in Teachers' Academic Administration Under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area, Nakhon Si Thammarat as a whole was at a high level. When considering each aspect in descending order of average, it was found that the kindness aspect had the highest average, followed by the compassion aspect and the equanimity aspect. Mercy was the least average.
2) The comparative results of the application of the Four Brahma Vihara principles in teachers' academic administration. under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area found that there were different genders, ages, educational backgrounds, and work experience, significantly different at the .001 level. 3) Suggestions on the application of the Four Brahma Viharn Principles in the academic administration of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office: Teachers should help all colleagues with justice.
